Feeling under the weather but I need to get to the gym

This cold is dragging me down but I know I need to get a workout in

    If you have a cold maybe go for a short walk instead. Dont get down about not going to the gym while sick.

    Just get back at it when you feel better. :smiley:

    I'm also sick at home. I find yoga or Pilates makes me feel better whilst still getting my workout in. :)

    Yes please don't spread the cold. This is a good time for flexibility training or strength or just plain rest. Sickness must be respected as a time for recouping. Carrying on a workout plan with no sensitivity to this can make matters worse. You don't need to be on bed rest necessarily but respect your need for gentleness and other for not getting sick too.
