    Does that count?

    Got 10 reps at 80% of my max (65lbs lol!) but hey...I'm improving!

    Don't have time for that nonsense. I'd rather do 25 squats@bodyweight+150.

    So did I. I was even so excited I wore them on bench day, lol.

    And there is no way I would squat 250 times...

    I have leg day tomorrow - I love a leg day on Saturday! Squats, lunges, ballet squats, calf raises, deadlifts, and throw in some triceps and shoulders for balance. Then maybe a nice long walk with the husband.
