Hey Guys,

I am hoping to add some DVD stuff to my collection for work outs at home. I have the 30DS and Ripped in 30, is there any other JM's DVDs that are fabulous? I am also going to pick up Rushfit. :)

Thanks!

I love JM's No more trouble zones! It's longer than the other workouts, but so worth the time. It doesn't have nearly as much jumping either like 30DS.

I just did her Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism for the first time today.. it's a killer!! but a really good workout. I have also got No More Trouble Zones but I haven't tried it yet :)

I just started 6 Week Six-Pack and I love it! My core is definitely the weakest part of me so I need it. Definitely one I recommend. :)

Jillian's No More Trouble Zones is one hell of a workout! I would highly recommend it. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is pretty good too. It takes me a while to be able to finish the whole 40 minutes and I'm always sweating like crazy.
  • Is ripped in 30 days a newer version of 30-Day Shred or is it something completely different? I love 30-Day Shred. It has three levels of workouts, and 2 was enough to make me sore for several days. I'm going to start using it at level 1 in a few weeks when my doctor clears me to exercise again (I had a baby 3 weeks ago) then go on up the levels and try to get to where 3 doesn't make me want to die. :P

I also bought No Trouble Zones and Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism to use in coming weeks. I haven't done either yet, obviously, but my sister recommends them. She uses them to mix up her running workouts and she looks fantastic, so I'm guessing they work.

Ripped in 30 is the same kind of thing as 30DS, but apparently it's a step up! I'm going to start that once I've finished the shred :D

I'm assuming 30 Day Shred involves more fat burning and Ripped in 30 is more strength training, but I haven't done either yet so I can't be sure.

    Thanks guys!!

After doing research on insanity, I am really not super impressed with it. ( http://www.acefitness.org/certifiednewsarticle/1443/p90x-insanity-and-rushfit-a-side-by-side/?utm_source=Certified+News&utm_medium=email&utm_term=May+2011&utm_campaign=Certified+News&CMP=EMC-CertifiedNews_0511 )

I am going to get GSP's Rushfit though. It's a lot more my style. :)

Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights is good. Use a kettlebell with it. I also got a Gin Miller's kettlebell workout when I bought my kettlebell and I really like that one too.

I also recommend Turbo Fire. It's high intensity and some of the moves can be a bit tricky. I would suggest getting Turbo Jam before Turbo Fire. Turbo Jam will teach you the moves you'll use in Turbo Fire but at a slower pace.
