Hey guys! Struggling to get in a good keto breakfast that makes me feel full and sustained through out the day. Personal trainer that's always on the go, my lunches and dinners are great for the most part. Any meal suggestions? It's hard for me to stick with my protein intake!

Not a Keto'er but when I did Atkins I ate cottage cheese with a sprinkle of sugar free jello to taste.

I still eat it in fact:).

Not sure if this helps but theres I think 24g of protein in 1 cup.

An omelet! You can stuff it with cheese, fresh veggies, even real bacon bits & it keeps you full until lunch. :)

Bacon and eggs is the classic low carb breakfast. plain high fat yogurt. Fish. Salad. Protein pancakes. Nuts... I also like left overs. Yesterday I had ground beef from tacos with sour cream and half an avocado.

Today I had coffee with a splash of coconut cream in the a.m. Just starting to get hungry now at 3pm. I had a homemade muffin (3/4 c coconut flour, 2 banana, 6 eggs, 1/3 c coconut oil, some salt and vanilla extract) and a pepperoni bite (little stick).

    Omelette.
    2 eggs, 30ml cream.
Top with bacon, peppers, tomato, spinach and cheese.

I don't think French fries count as a keto friendly breakfast.
