Hi everyone my name is Rainna and I am new to logging all food and exercise here. I am a diabetic working to get my numbers under control and possibly loose some weight. Also just been trying to do the homemade prepaked meals thing to control portion size with healthy ingredients. Does anyone have any advice for meals/ smoothies/and exercises? Thank you in advance.

Hi rean64! Regarding exercises, try aerobics one day and strength training the next day - then repeat! Also, keep a training log - it will map your journey and show you how far you've come!0

Now it depends on what you exercise goals are, but you can download free applications like c25k or 5x5 on your smart phone. They have full workout routines that can help you progress.
If you are not looking for that kind of things even 30 min walks everyday can make a big difference in the long run.
