New Year's Resolution is working

This is my first post. I've been using MyFitnessPal since January 1st and have lost 25.8 lbs so far. The weight loss was fast in the first two weeks, but it slowed down after that, even though I'm eating even less now. But I can't really complain about the results.
I'm a 59 year old male who gained a lot of weight when I quit smoking five years ago. I ate everything in sight while I broke my two pack a day addiction, and now I'm trying to get rid of the fat. It's a lot harder to lose weight at this age - and without smoking.

No, other than riding my bicycle. I found that I actually lose LESS weight when I exercise than when I don't. Go figure...0
