I log daily and am in need of a serious accountability partner. I have been through weightloss on MFP several times and do great until I get to maintenance and then I lose my marbles
My diary is open, but I have few friends because I have never asked for any and I want to fly with those that are actually using MFP seriously. Feel free to add me. 1 -
Log daily - need for accountability - do it the night before & also makes it useful to see down
the road if caloric change is necessary -it can be done one factor at time to see if it works

I do also. Only been here since Jan 31st but am serious and determined. I eat real food ,drink alcohol too and eat sweets. So far it is working. Let's hope it continues. 10 down and 20 to go0
