Hit a wall and had to come back - need some friends!

I've been dieting on my own and doing the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workout with a friend. We're on week 5 already, I've lost a decent amount of weight, I feel awesome, I'm starting to become more flexible, etc.

But the scale hasn't moved in forever. I know it's not a number and as long as I am seeing changes that's good - but I'm worried that part of my diet is not right and if I tweak it somewhat I'll see that number go down.

I'm hoping to grow my support group and narrow down what's going on, and gain some friends along the way.

    Just keep putting in work and eating clean and the results will come! I sent a friend request, anyone feel free to add! :)
