You've been doing it for 43 days, lost a huge 15 pounds- Well done!
You haven't had time to plateau.
How long have you stayed the same weight for?0 -
I have been at a plateau for almost two weeks.Thank you for the compliment it's the first time in my life I'm doing it the right way .No more of these diets that make me lose and gain back again.0

Here is a gent (ObesetoBeast) who I respect / follow on Youtube. He has lost a tremendous amount of weight and motivates me. He talks about plateau. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AudhwV-rSZw

Well done. But that's not a plateau - which would be more like 4-6 weeks. Stick with it, make sure your logging is tight and the scales will start moving again.1

15 pounds in six weeks is a HUGE amount! What are your stats?
Two weeks is not a plateau, it's just a stall. If it keeps up for another week, then you'll want to look at your logging to see what you can tighten up. This may mean any of the following: logging every single thing that enters your mouth, weighing all solids on a food scale and using measuring cups for all liquids, double-checking that the entries you choose out of the database are accurate, utilizing the recipe builder over "homemade" or "generic" entries, or being mindful of the number of calories burned through exercise and eaten back.0 -
Thank you.I will keep a really close eye on everything.0
