    This my first day!!!!!
    to begin i have to register my breakfast... 2 slice of bread, 2 toast, huacamole... i hope i wont exceed the limits!!!

    Welcome and good luck on your journey. :flowerforyou: You have come to the right place there is so much support and motivation on here.

    My advice to you is to track everything you eat and try to get in a little exercise even if just small walks every now and then. It all adds up. Stay focused and don't give up or get discouraged even when you don't lose any weight or you lose very little. Be constant and you will see results. This coming from an extremly lazy person....it can be done! :bigsmile:

    I just joined too - am on day 3 now and am still enthusiastic!
    I did go over my calories today - oops! - so I either need to eat less or exercise more tomorrow!
