Hi, My name is Kevin and I am new to this website (program). So far I really like it and it is very different to anything I have seen before. I am only 3 days in recording my meals and exercise but I feel confident. The reason I say that this is different is because when I diet or even when I went for walks to exercise I never had success in the past and gave up. Right now I log everything and it shows me how much I have actually done in good and bad ways. I even write in when I cheat a little and eat food that I shouldn't eat but it makes me feel better to see I can put that out in the open and encourages me to curve that nasty habit. I have a lot of weight on (258 lbs, 117kg). I started to cut back and exercise December 10, 2016 and I weighed 265 and like every time you start changing you lose a little weight fast and now I feel I am at the stand still point a little over two months and only 7lbs gone. This is usually the time I give up but with this website that I log all my daily food and exercise logs, it makes me feel better. hopefully I can get some inspiration from people who live the same kinda life and I am up for sharing anything that can help other.

Stick to it man. Same here. The pounds came off fast at first but have slowed. I am focused on changing my pounds to muscle now.1
