Leek and cauliflower soup

This was delicious and a great alternative from the potato leek soup!! Didn't miss the potato at all! I did add a little. Avon for garnish though hehe!!

    Ive made a similar cauliflower soup myself, is very yummy.

    I havent found potato/leek soup has very many calories myself - I make that too.

    Various versions of home made vegetable soups, some also with meat, are my favourite winter food.

    I love Cauliflower soup with a little blue cheese...

    I don't eat soup often as I prefer blended soups and struggle getting protein in there.
