Breast Cancer Oestrogen Positive

HI Everyone!
Does anyone have any information on the effects of whey/pea/soy protein on Oestgen receptors?
I've tralled the net!
Some say no to whey protein due to dairy .... Jane Plant promotes dairy free for breast cancer reduction.
I've read that both soy and pea protein can have an Oestrogenic effect
Any help?
I'm considering not bothering with any type of supplementation to promote muscle growth.
Thanks Jen

Hi I am post Breast cancer treatment. my doctors have said studies show soy is good as long as it's not processed. (E.g. Isolated soy protein) so edamame (soy beans) tofu and fermented soy found in Tempeh are good.0

For protein supplement I do paleo protein powder. No whey no dairy no soy no carbohydrates or fat. Just 26grams protein in 120 calories. I also do high protein milk (fairlife) I don't worry about the dairy0

My doctor even recommended soy products like tofu to help with the side effects of the tamoxifen induced menopause. It mimics oestrogen but doesn't trigger the cancer. I hope he's right...
Never hears of dairy being a problem!?0
