3 Weeks into the 12 week IdealShape Up challenge!

Hey everyone! I have recently been losing motivation to eat healthy, i've had a cheat meal just about once a day for the last week and have been really on myself for it. I took this progress photo today.. The first one is W1D1 of the 12 week Ideal Shape Up Challenge, the bottom is W3D1. I think seeing the difference is definitely going to put me back on track, and I'm even going to start meal prepping this week! (Also Ive lost 7.2 lbs & 1.1% off my BMI!!) ✅

    How has the progress been going? I am on Day 3 and still have along way to go! I am doing the shakes and the meal plan along with it as well. I hope to have some awesome results to share as well!
