Add me please because I am getting very demoralised. At this program for 4 weeks now and have only lost 5lbs and nothing in the past 2 weeks. What am I doing wrong, originally only came down to 50 carbs a day but for past week am down to less than 30, some days only 8 or 10 carbs. Because of poor mobility as in I can only walk short distances am not getting a lot of exercise0
