Getting Started!!!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Christy and I love this website. It is so much better than trying to keep up with your own personal journal and have other individuals like yourself trying to accomplish the same goal LOSING WEIGHT!!! My goal is to lose 25-30lbs before my husband and I have our second child, then, to maintain my weight throughout the pregnancy.
With our first child I gained 35lbs and was not happy with myself at all. Being that I use to be a college athlete it not hard for me to workout everyday, the big thing is TIME!!! Having to take care of household, work, hubbie and working towards getting licensed.

To solve a lot of my trouble, I found it easier to workout during lunch. I have been doing this for almost two weeks and plan to start jogging in the morning before work.

It is nice to see such a strong POSTIVITE support system, I’m hoping in the next month or so I can put up so more pictures of the changes and progress my body is going to make. Until then, GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!! ;)
