Elliptical, Feet fall asleep

My feet fall asleep on the elliptical at about the 45 min mark. I've tried different types of support tennis shoes, stretching, moving feet placement....other ideas?

Sometimes it has to do with how tight you tie your shoes.
Other than that, don't use it for more than 30 minutes and your problem is solved.1 -
Keep feet flat , not tip toes1

I don't think I do tip toes...that requires balance and would be a funky workout. I'll have to keep an eye out tomorrow0

Ah! This happens to me, too! I stop at the thirty minute mark, do something else, and if I'm feeling motivated, I'll go back! Hope that helps0

I think that happens to a lot of people. Happens to me as well. I think maybe move your feet a bit back so it doesn't hit the front of the pedal.0

Loose laces may help, not lacing all the way to the top of your shoe may help, reversing direction for a while may help (e.g. forwards 4 mins / backwards 1 min).
Or just simply switch to a bicycle trainer or rowing machine!0
