Question about the activity setting when creating diet/fitness profile

Hi -
I work at a desk 7 hours a day but also walk an hour or more per day,
and do some cardio during the week.
Would this be considered sedentary or light active or active?
I just want to make sure I'm in the right zone as far as daily calorie limit.
Any help is very very much appreciated - thanks!

It depends. If you go with sedentary, then log the walk/cardio as exercise to allow extra calories. Or if you select lightly active, then don't log the walk/cardio unless you have a day where you are active AND workout.2

Thank you! That makes sense!!!0

Tricky part comes with consistency. If you consistently walk an hour each day and are consistent with your cardio week after week, the do as @StaciMarie1974 says. If you are not consistent, then set to sedentary and log actual activities.
My issues is I'm not consistent enough. But I use a tracker so I set to sedentary and track all my activities.1 -
I work a desk job but am in the gym consistently 5 days a week. I put my activity level at sedentary. Then I add my workouts as exercise.1

Thank you! - I set my activity level at sedentary. I have a tracker so will just log all exercise. YAY!1
