    Ooh count me in!
I went out for a curry yesterday so for the next 3 days, I'm on a restricted calorie diet to catch up.

    SW 238lbs in January 2015
    CW 178lbs

I did get down to 156lbs last year so I would love to be there again by summer. 15lbs is a good start.

    I'll be back.

First timer here, I have NEVER been part of ANY Challenge before. I think this is what I need and I'm excited to be a part of it! I'm excited and hopeful that this will help me and be the key to getting me to my goal to where my doctor's want me to be. Please count me although I'm late! I'm willing to weigh in with one specific person in the group via PM if possible?

I think this is a really attainable challenge for me! 15 lbs in 2 months should be manageable.

    OK, here's the latest.

    CW 166
    That's a loss of 12lbs so far.
I wouldn't get too excited about this, I know I'll put on a few lbs over the next week as I'm away from home but it's a good start and gives me a bit of a boundary to work with.

That is an amazing goal and congrats! Remember the biggest thing about lasting weight loss is lifestyle changes, not just being on a diet. A diet needs to be a noun, a way of eating, in health its eating balanced and nutritional food. Dieting as a verb is only something that lasts for a brief time and has only brief results. Best of luck you can certainly do it! I'm always here for motivation, accountability and ideas for anyone who wants to ask!
