A little about me: 18 yrs old, 5'3, 123 pounds, and I'm asian.
My Goals ; Hour glass figure while getting stronger. GAINS GAINS GAINS!
- Bigger Butt. Lifted & Round
- Toned abdominals and obliques.
- Toned arms
- Strengthened Back
- Cardio Endurance
- Noticably toned legs.
- See results in 3 months!
- Eat at a surplus to GAIN for glutes and thighs, but still maintain my small waist.

Anyone who has similar goals, please share any tips and methods you use! Thank you! Feel free to friend me as well

    Those are great goals! However, just keep in mind while you may see some improvements in 3 months, you may not be exactly where you want to be in that short a time.., it can be a long process.. if you commit, have patience and determination you can do it.
    What program are you following? If you aren't following anything I recommend Strong Curves since it is very focused on the booty and seems to fit your goals.

    Also - bigger butt and toned waist/arms/back/legs are kind of opposite goals if you want to eat a surplus to gain..since when bulking you will gain muscle and fat (which you can cut after). You can keep the surplus small to reduce this, or you can recomp (eat at maintenance and lift) but depending on how much size you want it could take a long while. But keep at it.
