I started my low carb Keto diet 29 days ago and I don't think I'll ever go back. not only am I losing tones of weight I feel AMAZING! I have more energy I haven't felt sluggish or depressed my sleep is better my skin is becoming clearer. I just love everything about low carb. Nothing but support from me!4

I did keto until I broke my leg I was at 45 pounds down losing about 3 pounds a week. The lowest weight I got was 220 from 265 in June. But it was with this broken leg and it was skinny so I was losing muscle. Trying to get back on track starting 2/10
