Any techies please help - non fitness related!
Can somebody please have a look at my website and tell me how to use div tags? hubby has done my website, but we've had to do it the old-fashioned way, with boxes round the text because we can't get the div tags to work!!

You have two options. you can use a style sheet and format your table to not include a border arround you boxes. The div tags take a little getting used to, but I like them much better. I learned how to use them by looking at the source code for some web pages and try to figure out how they did it. There is also a lot of good examples at w3schools.com/css/css_boxmodel.asp. Read up on some of the other topics on this page as well. The navigation along the left. You can check out my site for examples.
