Hey guys! If you've read from my post "My Weight Loss Plan" community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10518783/my-weight-loss-plan you know that I plan on eating 1550 calories a day and drink 8-12 cups of water a day. Below is listed my ideal meal times.

Meal Times:
- Breakfast: between 6:45-9:30 AM
- Snack: 11 AM
- Lunch: 12-1 PM
- Snack: 2:30-3:15 PM
- Dinner: 5-6 PM
- Snack: 6:30-6:45 PM

To make it easier, I created an ideal calorie for each meal:
Breakfast: 350
Snack: 150 calories
Lunch: 450
Snack: 150 calories
Dinner: 300
Snack: 150 calories

Of course, it can be shifted as long as I don't go over my limit. I think that this way is easier though.

Water:
7:00 AM 1-2 cups
9:00 AM 1 cup
11:00 AM 1 cup
12:00 PM 1-2 cups
2:00 PM 1 cup
4:00 PM 1 cup
5:00 PM 2 cups
6:45 PM 1-2 cups

As long as I have at least 8 cups, it's fine. Like I said, this makes it easier.

SEE YOU SOON!

For you, it may be easier. Stressing about water and having a breakfast that high in calories on 1500 would not work for me. Good luck to you.

What's your goal? And what are you doing to reach that goal?

My goal at the moment is purposeful maintenance. As opposed to accidentally maintaining because I suck at being in a deficit. I train for powerlifting and am in the middle of meet preparation.

I hope it works for you, and that you have not unnecessarily complicated things.

I'll try to follow this schedule, but the goal is to have 8-12 cups a day.

Powerlifting! That's cool! What exercises do you do, with reps and sets please?

Well...I powerlift. So I do the power lifts lol. Squat/Bench/Deadlift. I can't give you my reps and sets. I run a personalized program based on my 1 rep maxes with undulating periodization and a peaking, tapering and deload process for competition.
