Does anyone know what the nutritional value for the Keurig Coffee is? Or where I can find that info?

It's in the database. I use K cups too.0

I just scanned my Donut House coffee for my Keurig and it is 2 calories for a 6 oz. cup. 4 mg of Sodium and that's about it on the nutritional value. I used the new scanner feature on my iPhone but I think you can search for Keurig on your food search. All coffee is pretty low in calories if it's just black/plain.0

They sell it at bed bath and beyond. Just go and look at the boxes. I would guess that every one it's different sice they have like hundreds o flavors and some are made with milka's chocolate yumm.
I personally drink nespresso. It's also good but they don't have as many choices0 -
try looking at this link: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/nutrition-facts-calories/keurig-coffee. It lists a bunch of coffees for Kreuig. I know Green mountain has its own nutritional value page for teas and coffees as well. BTW: I love my Kreuig0

I think it varies on the k-cup. For the straight up coffee kind I've found they are usually around 5 cals or so. The special (mocha, etc) cups usually have the breakdown on the box. Here is a link from Green Mountain regarding their k-cups. Hope this helps:

Unless there is added sugar/cream, I never worry about the calories in coffee of tea. I got Mini Keurig a couple of weeks ago and love it.0

Me too. It's the only kitchen "appliance" I use! (Well, ok, I use my toaster oven). :ohwell:0 -
