    Hey, while 50 would be nice, I am thinking first goal is 40 with rewards at 20lb increments.

    I just started on this path 2 weeks ago and want to lose 50 pounds. It sounds overwhelming right now, but I know it is a must to live a long healthy life. I live in NH.
