Frozen vs cooked??

When I scan the barcode on a bag of chicken, is it calculating as cooked or frozen?? For my calories on chicken should I weigh it before or after its cooked to get an accurate amount? I'll open my diary if someone would be nice enough to check it out. Thanks!

If you weigh it raw, pick the raw database entry.
If you weigh it cooked, pick the cooked database entry for your method of cooking.

I'm not finding one that says cooked...I have my entry that I use and then one that says ready to cook? Pardon my stupidity lol0

Unless the bag says otherwise, I'd count the weight as the product is sold - i.e. if the chicken is sold frozen, I'd weigh it frozen.1

If the product is raw in the bag, the nutrition information is for the raw product, unless it says otherwise.2
