Fat goal - Okay to go over?

I eat almonds and sharp cheese often, it's one of my fav snacks that keeps me full. But it also sends me over in fat content. Is this a big deal? I could swap for other snacks but I'm usually less than 10g over my fat goal and I don't want to drop the almonds!

Yes, as long as you are under your total calorie goal - going over any one of your macros is fine unless you need to watch the fat goal for health reasons.0

Yes, it's okay.
Fats are heart healthy and your snacks keeps you from eating unhealthy foods.0 -
As long as your macros don't put you over your calorie goal it's fine. If it bothers you, you can edit your macro goals within MFP so it's not going red on you.0
