Hello has anyone used the polar flow to sync with mfp ? Is this accurate

    I am syncing my polar v800 with mfp with no issues. Numbers seem to be believable.

    My wife's activity numbers however are crazy high.....but then at the stroke of midnight, they adjust back to sensible numbers.

    I blame MFP for the full day prediction being wildly wrong... I need to contact mfp about this....if they can get it right at midnight why can't they get it right during the day?

    I just synced mine up and have not had any issues so far.

    If you're unsure of the accuracy, the safest thing to do would be to eat back 50-70% of your exercise calories.

    MFP is not recording the exercise posted in Polar flow. Anyone know why? I like MFP but if it doesn't log exercise then it is pretty useless.
