Should I weigh in naked or not naked at home?

    Doesn't really matter as long as you do the same thing every time for consistency. I go naked for vanity purposes :-).

    I weigh first thing in the am after going to the bathroom in my undies.

    I think as long as you wear something similar each weigh in you'll be fine. Naked is great:)

    Whatever you feel most comfortable with. If you choose to wear clothes, do it every time, and try to wear something similar each time.
