Smaller arms help!

Hey all,
So I've been working out with a personal trainer four days a week and have been primarily directed towards weight lifting and resistance training based on my goals. Although I'm feeling healthier and stronger, a recent photo of me at a conference has me freaking out about my arms specifically. The size of my arms, specifically at my biceps, is alarming given that my goal is to have lean proportionate arms!!
Any suggestions on how to resolve this ?!

The only answer is to reduce body fat overall - are you still losing?

You'll get there. My wife and daughter are facing exactly the same thing right now, but as they continue at a deficit the extra is leaving and the difference is showing. They both strength train together, they (nor anyone) can really choose where the fat will come off first.0

The usual fat loss advice - eat fewer calories than you burn. If you're losing body fat, just be patient. Since fat loss can't be targeted, i'd follow a normal, full-body strength program, without additional arm exercises.

Upper arms are the last place I lose. I have to be at a lower weight for them to be proportional.0

What's wrong with strong biceps? If there is fat there that you are concerned about, then you just need to lose more body fat. You can't target specific areas for fat loss.0
