Need to get into shape for holiday

Hi everyone.
im new to this site. I have just started my diet as I want to lose a couple of stone before I go on h
oliday to Egypt later on this year with my husband.

Have you had the same as me when you mention that you are not happy with your appearance everyone says "Oh your fine".

I cannot stop eating sweet foods since stopping smoking twelve months ago and have piled the pounds on. Finding it difficult to diet and my will power is minus at the moment. :cry:

Hopefully with this forum I will start feeling more positive.

    It sounds like soo much fun btw. :wink:

    Also a tip that will maybe help you is set up small goals and once youve done that one move to the next one...break it up so it doesnt look like so much.
