Hello all!

Hey guys! I am new to myfitness pal and I am honestly a little nervous on where to start.
Any advice on keeping up with logging food? I am afraid I will be really bad at that.

    Hi!
    I did MFP 2 years ago and lost 30lbs... but i stopped using it and gained it back. So I'm going to try again!
    Logging food is pretty important .... what i did 2 years ago and what i did this time was start to input & save what i eat & drink regularly. ... like my morning coffee.
    After that, meal planning. If you know what youre eating ahead of time, logging food goes pretty quickly.
    Also it pushes me to eat more raw whole foods just because they are easier and faster to log!
