How often do you weigh yourself?

Right now I'm weighing myself everyday, and I write down the weight along with the date in a notebook. Its really helping me to stay motivated and also to not become discouraged if my weight goes up a bit temporarily. In the past I would weigh myself sporadically, get depressed at my weight and over eat to make myself feel better.

I weigh daily and use a tracking app to graph my average. It helps me to not lose it if I gain some water weight and has helped to see how fast I gained to know how much over I'm eating.1

couple times per week.0

I weigh twice a week...Thursday mornings and Mondays, but I only log Mondays. Thursday I call me weekly check in to see if I'm on track. I agree, weighing more keeps me motivated and on track. If I feel my motivation slipping, I take a peek.2

Pretty much every day. I use happy scales app for my trending.1

never weigh.... got too obsessed with the number on the scale and at one time was literally weighing myself 3 or 4 times a day-- pushing the scale around on the floor to see if it would read an ounce or two less. Once I quit weighing, the weight starting coming off. How do I know? I started out at a size 26... I am now a size 4-6. when my clothes start feeling snug, I know I need to address the issue. I don't need the numbers on a scale to predict how the rest of my day will be. Not weighing isn't for everyone, but for me it is the one thing that helped me break through8

Once a day after my morning business.
A weighing consists of 4 or 5 trips to the scale in a 15 minute period taking the two matching lowest results.
Note them in a note book along with morning Blood Sugar and Pressure .

Every day. Only count it once a week.
What I'm looking for is my weight in a scatter graph that shows decreases overall.1 -
Most days. Once a week is not often enough to catch a creeping weight gain in good time.0

Once a week,friday or saturday morning.0

Daily - like to see how different things affect my day-to-day weight. I don't worry if I'm slightly up as I've got to know why by doing it.0

Daily, first thing after le bathroom. Chuck it into HappyScale. Then log on here once a week.
As people have said, it's good to see the actual trend and not get freaked out by fluctuation.2 -

Daily, and once a week (every Sunday) I calculate the average and log that here on MFP. I use Libra (weight trend app) for my daily weight record.0

Just about everyday. That way if what I'm doing isn't working I can quickly reassess what I'm doing by looking at my food and workout logs.0

Once a week at the exact same time in the exact same place!0

daily after I get up and pee in the am; and I log it into my FITBIT app which connects to MFP but also lets the nutrition folks I'm working with see my info0
-
Everyday I go to the gym. After my workout and shower, fully clothed.0

Like several others here, I weigh daily and track it in Libra. On Mondays I log my actual weight for that day here (although the weekly average idea is intriguing). I've been known to hop on the scale right before bed too, just so I can compare it to the next morning's reading.0

When I was losing weight I would weigh twice a week. One was the "official" weigh-in and the other was a mid-week checkup that I used to tell me if I needed to do something to make sure the official weigh-in showed a drop in weight. Now that I'm just trying to maintain my weight the two weigh-ins have morphed into one pre-weekend checkup. On weekends I like to pick a restaurant to stop at while I'm out riding my bicycle. I don't ever want to think "If I hadn't eaten there my weight wouldn't have gone up." So, I weigh before the weekend and if it is within range then I'm free to relax a bit, but if it is out of range then I make adjustments accordingly.0

Every morning. I use Happy Scale. Wednesday is my "official" weigh-in day that I record here.0
