Hey guys, I have used myfitnesspal a few times but always just let it go by the wayside when I got busy. Looking to find accountability and drop about 20lbs!

Hey 10trevino, I know how you feel. My problem is, when I have bad days, I don't want to SEE how bad I did. Then I end up not using it for weeks or months. It's more for awareness I think. I'm shocked at how many calories some foods have when I look them up, but as long as I haven't already eaten them, I usually get something healthier. I went from 310 to 227 and now back up to 278. My goal is to get back to 227, then continue on from there. Dropping a couple pounds per week will get me there in 6 months, just have to be consistent with everything (eating right, using the myfitnesspal tool, and exercise). I know the process works, it's sticking with it from one day to the next that's the key (I'm preaching to myself). Keep faith in yourself and let me know how you're doing from time to time, I'll do the same.0
