Around 100 cal eton mess recipe
Options
I always need to have something sweet after my evening meal or I feel deprived! Tonight I made a light eton mess. It comes in at just over 100 cals!
I sliced half a punnet of strawberries, put them in my desert bowl, crumbled over a marks & Spencer meringue nest and then added 3 tablespoons of elmlea light single cream. Mix together and eat! Tasted really naughty but wasn't!

I like the sound of this... although I think it might be too sweet ... even for my sweet tooth...!0

You could also try it with total greek yoghurt, which is what i do. My children find the cream too rich so i just stir strawberries and meringue bits into some yoghurt, its sharper in taste but just as nice.0
