I just joined this group and am hoping to accomplish some weight loss along with healthier Blood Pressure readings, cholesterol numbers, etc. Is anyone on any specific weight loss plan?

    I just fallow the calories that MFP gives me and I try to exercise 4 or 5 days a week! So far it's been working well!

    I just joined yesterday - and use the calorie's they give me - so far working good - I exercise at home
    using DVD's - trying to do 30-45 min. 4-5 days/week

    Hello and welcome to MFP. You will love it here if you don't already. Everyone is so supporitve and this site is so motivational and helpful. I absoultly love it here. It has helped me so much. Anyways, I just wanted to tell you good luck on your weight loss journey. You can do this.
