I'm thinking about ordering body beast, I've heard lifting weights is the way to go for weight loss and toning. Any females out there who have done this workout??

I completed it 2 weeks ago and loved it!
I used the meal plan to gain muscle mass and I did. As far as the fat burning, I did burn fat but not as much as I would have liked. So I can see there is new muscle there, but still need to burn the layer of fat that sits over it. That's all in the nutrition though.

I'm over half way done. I really like it, I've gained a lot of muscle definition in my arms and shoulders. I've gained 4 pounds on the scale. But I realized that I need to add more cardio (HIIT) if I want to lose more fat.

I don't know what body beast is but I went from 209 lbs to 130 lbs by eating clean and lifting. I do a lot of Olympic lifting but when I began I did powerlifting.
    I definitely recommend lifting

I only did the INTRODUCTION and this is weird but - it was boring. He talked too much, walked around, and took too much time deciding which weight to get up and go get. I'm sure this was just elementary intro, and I would really like to try it again with the actual program, even tho I cannot do his cardio because of my knees. You are young and strong - you will have fun!
