Hi. I used to have this app awhile ago and it was helpful so I figured I'd try again. Though when I had it I wasn't so fat. I used it mainly just to drop a few lbs and see my workout progress.. Since then, I started antidepressants and gained over 115-120lbs in a small amount of time, like around a year. I stopped working out also entirely when I did enjoy it. I hope to go back to enjoying it and getting rid of this extreme weight gain. I am down like 35-40lbs, but now time to boost it up and dedicate myself more.. Thanks for listening!!
