So I just started OTF last Sunday. I'm 7 classes in and I absolutely love it. The only thing is I haven't lost a pound! Whenever I have watched and logged my calories, ate fairly clean and exercised a lot less than what I'm doing now I've shed at least 1.5-2 pounds a week. Anyone else have a similar experience?

It could just be water retention if you've just started (especially considering how many times you're going), but this has been discussed before and appears to be a somewhat common issue:

It's a week. Your normal body weight can fluctuate +/- 3-5 lbs or more on a daily basis.

Could just be water, or even a poo.

If you haven't worked out that intensely before starting OTF it is likely water retention. Also how many calories are you eating back? Maybe try not eating back ALL of your exercise calories and instead eating just a portion of them. Accuracy of your logging will also have a big impact on your losses.

    Give it a month.
First week after a change of routine isn't really going to tell you anything reliable so don't start making adjustments based on such a short timescale.

Rachel - Stick with OTF and you will see great results. The first two weeks your body will be in shock. But after a couple months of regular visits your body will begin to transform. The trick is the combination of both tools MFP and OTF. Keep close track of your calories intake and torch a bunch of calories at OTF is a great 1-2 combo!

Thanks everyone! I'm definitely going to stick with it. I had been hearing some things about people not losing weight but with this type of workout and tracking calories and eating clean I don't see how I'm not going to drop weight. I love the workout too.

Don't trust its calorie count. OTF seriously overestimates calorie burnt.
