Hi just wondering when you eat most of your calories or do you divided them over the day?

I tend to go for a low-calorie but filling breakfast (1 cup of grapes, 1 single-serve container of double protein, fat-free Greek yogurt, and a granola bar crumbled on top). It's less than 300 calories, but keeps me going.

My lunch is usually under 300 calories as well.

Supper tends to be higher, around 5-600 most of the time.

I do snack frequently throughout the day and leave some calories over for a late night snack. (Usually popcorn)

Mine are usually well divided, but when I am planning to go out, I will eat lighter through the day.

I try to have a filling breakfast I find I don't need to eat again until lunch. My lunch is normally a much smaller meal than breakfast and dinner

It varies. During the week I most often do about 15% of my calories at breakfast and 25% to 30% at lunch, and eat the remaining 45% to 50% of my calories across the late afternoon and evening. (When I work late, I'll have eaten a lot of those calories in afternoon snacks, but it's OK because I'll be too tired by the time I get home to want to cook and eat a big meal. If I get off at a decent time, I won't have eaten as much in snacks and will have time and energy to want to make a substantial dinner.) Weekends it's all over the place: I might do 50% of my calories in a big breakfast or brunch, skip lunch, and have the remaining 50% for dinner/supper and evening snacks. Or I might skip breakfast altogether and go out for a big lunch or dinner.
