Hello there! I am a 5'8"/172cm tall, 131lbs/ 59.5kg 18 year old female and I was wondering if you could help me out.

I started at 146lbs back in November and I have lost 15lbs since then.
I was 9 stone 11 at the beginning of January and now I am currently 9 stone 5, having lost 3 pounds in this last week alone.

The reason for this is because I have been in a rather foul mood, I feel depressed and I only go out of my bedroom to go to the bathroom, otherwise I am in bed with my lights off and curtains closed all day.
I am not even doing anything, I jusy lay here with my eyes shut, trying to sleep as much as possible.

Anyway, I have lost my apetite. I haven't felt hunger since about two weeks ago and I have to force myself to eat because I feel full. Even then I can't hit the 1200 calories which is the minimum. My normal intake would be at about 1500 calories because I only want to lose a bit more. However, now I have been eating 600/700 which I know that it is unhealthy.

Will I gain them back when I start eating normal again? Is this a normal thing to happen? Does anyone know how to deal with it.

I went through a similar weight loss last year due to depression. Ended up losing 26lbs and have managed to maintain with a 20lb difference. The downside is that you are losing muscle mass with the weight loss by not moving and staying in bed all day. Now that I am feeling better I can totally tell how much weaker I am than before.

You should speak to a professional.

Staying in bed all day isn't "normal." I would suggest forcing yourself to open the curtains and going for a walk or participating in some other form of physical activity. If you can't force yourself to do that then you probably do need professional help. But if you can, it will change your attitude completely. You can also try forcing yourself to smile and laughing out loud for five minutes.
