Hi, so I'm starting a low carb lifestyle and need some motivation!! If you have had success please post and any before/after pics would be much appreciated!!

I went low-carb and worked out 3-4 times per week starting last June 2016. Since then I have lost 26 lbs, and about 15 inches altogether! It is SO worth it!
