I know this might sound silly but I allow myself one or two snacks and then I brush my teeth. It really helps stop my cravings for more..1

You can't decide to not wake up, but you can decide to not eat in the middle of the night. If you eat enough through the day, you don't have to, and if you have no junk, you can't eat it.
So are you eating enough? What's your height, weight and calorie goal? What are your macros set to?0 -
I use to always binge at night but I wanted to whiten my teeth so I saw my dentist who gave me this thing to wear on my teeth at night to whiten them, I don't like to sleep with it so I eat dinner and then put it in and then can't eat and even after they're out I can't eat for 2 hours. It seems silly but it's really stopped me eating all evening.0

- Drink water before bed
- Have zero calorie snacks to hand
- Don't restrict so much that you feel the need to binge1 -

I know I tend to get hungry and eat more at night, so I just don't eat as much during the day.1

If you know you're going to do this then plan it in your Macros. One of your meals can be a wake up meal. LOL
Or take some z-quil! Good night all night!1 -
I don't know of a zero calorie food but one stalk of celery is 6 calories so ... yuck0

I have started making 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 cup rolled oats, and a little no sugar Log Cabin syrup to have at night... I make it up a few hours earlier and keep in the fridge. It sets like a pudding and tastes like vanilla cake. I have it at night when I am craving something sweet and destructive. It's really yummy and I actually look forward to having it. The oats fill me and it's stopped the night time binges.2
