When I first started in October I would eat amazingly well, every night I would have chicken and veg or eggs on toast for tea. Now the thought of it bores me and I crave takeout and sweet treats all the time. I also have a mentality of 'I know I can do it so this cheeseburger will be okay'. I don't know how to kick myself out of it and be how I use to! For instance today I started out great, it got to mid afternoon I hadn't eaten much me and my partner went to the cinema, he got a McDonald's and j couldn't resist at all, it led to a ice cream at the cinema and a pack of magic stars

Suppose you have room for those treats?
Like, 70% whole foods vs 30% processed while still maintaining weight loss...1 -
Look up some more interesting recipes and change it up, of course you'll rebel if you eat the same things all the time and never have any treats.
Also make sure your calories are not too low as that can make you more inclined to eat high calorie food on impulse. What are your stats?0 -
I have the same issue as you now and I started in October! What's worse is I got a new job that pays very well so I can't use the old "I can't afford this" anymore. What I've done is assumed that if I can get bored of the good stuff I can get bored with the good. So I've been eating at the high end of my calorie weight loss, or at maintence and allowed myself these things just not in excess - and guess what! A month later and I'm bored of the cake/treats etc i was eating. I guess that changing up a routine is just what has to happen when you want to eat well/lose weight etc0
