Elliot Hulse (Strength Training) had really good videos before he started going all weird and guru. He has legit good guides for most exercises that are still up.
Alan Thrall is good for strong-man stuff. Definitely good guide for Squats, DL's etc.
Omar Isuf is good for mobility & rehab stuff.

I like Whitney Simmons. She's really funny but had great workout tips as well. Recipes, too.0

a lot of these guys have a lot of knowledge but i cringe when i see some of the recommendations, especially around rehab and injury. You can see their intentions but they cant prescribe to a general audience (more a failing of the style of delivery than anything)
Follow for inspiration, follow for routines and guidance, to increase your knowledge but please please go to your doctor/physio etc for rehab and injury concerns.0 -
