I'm trying not to flood my FB (since not everyone likes hearing about diets), but I never thought I'd reach a point where I'd love my candids. I'm so lucky to have someone in my life willing to take surprise shots like that to help get my brain to see the weight loss that is happening.

    Congrats first of all on your significant other. More importantly congrats on seeing the new you and not the old you. We probably are the last one to see the changes in ourselves. we were so used to looking at the old us that it takes our brain a while to catch up with the new one.
