Ist possible to lose 30lbs till by the end of april?

    Unless you are approximately 350 lbs (or more) and then lose 1% of bodyweight per week from now until then, my answer is no.

    That's 9 weeks from now, which comes to slightly more than 3lbs a week. It's not undoable, but would require coming to a 1500 daily calorie deficit. I don't recommend it unless you're significantly overweight. Very likely that would put you under 1,000 calories a day, which is not healthy at all. Minimum recommended for women is roughly 1200-1300.

    In short, you could, but it would leave you feeling like crap every day, most likely. I sincerely recommend taking it more slowly than that.

    Not unless you're more than ~150-200 lbs overweight.

    What are your stats (height, weight, goal weight, etc)?
