Does anyone know how many calories this actually burns and what it is closest to with the MFP database?

    honestly I really don't know an answer to your question ... but I sure love Billy Blanks workouts ! I would probably look under the general and something with dance or something like that and pick the one that has the pace you are working at...intermmediate, slow or vigorous, you know ... and then it will ask you for the amount of minutes you did it and that's when it calculates the calories burned. Hope this helps.....keep up the good work !

    i usually put it under "Aerobics, low impact" considering i don't go nearly as fast as he does but i do di it for the whole time. :bigsmile:
