After many years of yo yo dieting, two years ago I lost three stone, yep I have put it all back on and have decided to have another go before considering gastric band surgery. Any help or support gratefully accepted.

    You can do it. My mother lost 150 lbs about 7-8 years ago, and then slowly put it all back on. She has since started losing weight again, and said it's actually easier for her the 2nd time around. Remember YOU CAN DO IT! I'm cheering for you!
