I listen to Octane on SiriusXM when I run. There are definitely songs that make me crank up the gas, lime Feel Invincible by Skillet, and Throne by Bring Me The Horizon. If it's fast and loud it makes me want to be faster.

Rage against the Machine. 'Killing in the name of' is my favorite, but I have a bunch. It's fast, it's angry, and it yells. perfect to push me further in my workout. It also helps me get some of my frustration and anger out. (I might be an angry person, not sure.)

When I lift at home I listen to satellite radio.
